Our comprehensive package includes a strategic meeting 6 to 8 weeks prior to your wedding to discuss your preferences, timelines, and any concerns you may have. We'll reconnect 2 to 4 weeks before your big day to finalize the schedule and all event specifics.
Furthermore, we will oversee and coordinate your ceremony rehearsal, offering the perfect opportunity to meet your officiant, gather with your closest family, and assist your wedding party. This rehearsal is also the ideal moment for you to entrust us with any items you'd like set up on your wedding day, including programs, menus, seating cards, and seating charts.
