We offer a complimentary initial meeting to all our potential clients. This meeting is designed to give you an in-depth understanding of our services, and to provide you with the opportunity to ask any questions you may have regarding our process. During the meeting, we will discuss the details of our packages and clarify what is included, as well as what is not. Our goal is to ensure that you have a clear understanding of our services and what you can expect from us.

The couples/clients we work with for full planning and coordination service typically spend between $70,000 to $100,000, although there are some exceptions where the budget can go above $150,000.
All pricing is customized based on your requirements. For complete planning and design, fees are calculated as a percentage of the total event budget. For more intimate gatherings or individual services, we provide tailored quotes based on the event's scope and the time required from our team.

Your wedding profile will include a vendor list, budget tracker, guest list, design space, RSVP management, and a section for dietary restrictions. You will also have access to a monthly checklist with assigned tasks for you, the groom, the wedding planner, maid of honour, and anyone else you choose to give access to. This will help ensure that everyone involved in the planning process is on the same page and knows what they need to do.

As part of our commitment to ensuring a smooth and stress-free wedding day, we understand the importance of a seamless wedding day, we offer wedding rehearsal supervision as part of all our packages. Even if you have your own officiant, our team can attend the rehearsal and provide direction for the bridal party when it's time for them to walk down the aisle.
During the rehearsal, we will guide everyone through the ceremony and ensure that all details are in order. After the rehearsal, we will go over the wedding day timeline with everyone involved and make sure that each person assigned with responsibilities knows what to do and when to do it. Our goal is to ensure that everyone feels confident and comfortable with the plan, so that the wedding day can be executed flawlessly.
