Planning a wedding can be a wonderful, but also a stressful experience. Our team at Champagne and Macarons Events wants you to experience the best of it, and we're here to take over any aspect of the planning process that you may find overwhelming. We'll search and connect you with talented and respected vendors and venues that meet your expectations. We'll prepare a custom monthly task list, work within your budget, and design your ideal wedding together.

As your liaison between you and your vendors, we'll take care of communication so that you won't have to chase them. We'll participate in reviewing vendor contracts. We'll design a custom timeline and schedule for your wedding day, and we'll answer any questions you have related to wedding etiquette.
We'll attend and direct your ceremony rehearsal, which is an excellent opportunity to meet with the officiant, your closest family, and your wedding party. This is also the time when you can provide us with anything you would like to set up on your wedding day, such as programs, menus, place cards, and seating charts.

Bi-weekly meetings
Budget Preparation, Allocation, and Tracking
Building and maintaining a custom wedding planning agenda with monthly tasks to be accomplished
Communication with vendors on your behalf
On site direction of wedding ceremony
On site direction of wedding reception, until close of evening
On-site inspection and walk-through of the selected wedding venue
Online access to manage your budget, checklist, design space, guest list, vendor contacts, timelines, and everything else related to your event
Providing all final selections and wedding recap to the resort coordinator and/or private venue coordinator
Review of all vendor contracts
RSVP Management & Floor Plan Designs for day-of-wedding
Supervision and Direction of Wedding Rehearsal, Ceremony & Reception set up
