For everyone's safety, we are implementing the following protocols for each event we will be coordinating

  • Temperature Screening will be processed upon arrival

  • Digital Contact Tracing (can be done prior to the event) to be provided to the Public Health Authority on request

  • Sanitization Stations/Hand Sanitzers will be available

  • Masks will be available

  • Disinfecting will be scheduled regularly

  • Seating will be 6 ft/2m apart

  • Guests will be in bubbles with their own households

  • One-way directional stickers will be in place to washrooms, seating, entrance, and exits

  • Staff will be in place at entrance/exit and check-in area to guide direction of guests


Safety during a Wedding Ceremony

  • Plan to have (5) separate pens during the ceremony (Officiant, Couple, Witnesses)

  • Use a tray for the rings so the Officiant doesn't have to touch them

  • Each witness comes individually to sign documents

  • For indoor ceremonies, the couple can purchase a clear mask or face shield for the officiant if they are concerned with how the photos will turn out
